We have attempted to make a claim with Pure Promise, only to get the runaround via ourselves as well as with help from the American Signature store's customer service.
When filing a claim, the link they send you doesn't work so you can't send pictures and you can't actually get help. Even the manager of the store had problems.
Explain to me how, if you didn't have a computer or a cell phone in order to file a claim, how would you?
Also, it appears this company is a scam and doesn't want to fix any problems claimed for.
If that is the case, how can you stay in business.
Shame on you!!!!! People spend good hard-earned money to buy a product and get the warranty for anything acceptably wrong with it but when you go to file a claim, all you get is a claim number and nothing else after that.
I will be reaching out to the media and the corporate office for assistance in this matter.

We tell you it's covered but not really
I had a leather sectional that was discoloring badly. Something had to have been spilled with realizing it.
The brochure shows coverage for bodily fluids, pet stains, accidental spills etc. The tech came out and in his "expert" opinion it was an accumulation of hair oil. If you have that much hair oil you need to clean yourself. They said if I had called as soon as it happened it would be covered.
I asked how would I know to call if I didn't see anything. They explained again that if it's an accumulation it may not show up immediately but an accumulation of anything is not covered. So I asked this question, if someone sweaty sat on the couch and a stain showed up several days later would that be covered. They said no because I didn't call right away.
Again, how do you report something you don't see. Bottom line it was not covered.
We ended up with a store credit where we purchased it but did not receive credit for the warranty that we purchased. Very disappointed.

I too bought this furniture plan from JC Penny. Person who sold us the furniture said this was a great company and would cover everything with no problems.
Our recliner arms started peeling. Opened a claim and was told this was not covered.
Sales rep at Pennys really made this sound like an ideal plan. This is a worthless company just out for your money.
